Week Ten. Well, it’s been another busy week. Monday, yoga with the lovely Tracy showing me that I can reach parts I never knew I could? And I have to admit, this is probably more stretching than I ever have done? Which is terrible I know, as we SHOULD be stretching post runs. Tuesday, ran to club and back marked the long route with a few of the lovely Saturday morning runners. I must say that we have such lovely running club members. Wednesday, it’s PT then a Thursday swim and attack the ‘W’ long route in Old Town. Saturday rounds off my running week, with a crisp morning run. Sights? Six deer, two rabbits and half a dozen Allstars So, another week down. Legs felt slow and tired Saturday, but I know I am building miles into my legs. The marathon plan works, I just need to keep ticking off the miles. Simple.
